GERMAN ORDER PICKED UP

LONDON, May 13,
It is officially stated that the Air Ministry picked up signals from the German High Command to German planes stating: "Civilian refugees on the roads: Harass these as much as possible."
German planes were heard acknowledging the receipt of the message.
