THEFT OF TOOLS
A fine of £15 and costs was imposed by Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., in the Lower Hutt Court yesterday afternoon on Arthur Charles Cudby. a panelbeater, aged 42, who pleaded guilty to the theft from General Motors (N.Z.). Ltd., of tools valued at £10. He was an employee of the company. SeniorSergeant H. C. D. Wade prosecuted.
