Offences against the traffic regulations were dealt with. by, Mr. A. M. Goulding in the Petone Police Court. For exceeding the speed limit in restricted areas, George Henry Drew, Norman Howard Anderson. Grenville Clayton, Morgan Laureson. and Morris Newbouse were each fined. £2 and costs.
Attempting to cross a railway line when it was hot clean cost Michael Joseph Moodabe £2 10s and costs. David Guy Laurie was fined. 10s and costs and George Watt 5s and costs for breaches of the right-hand rule.
Failure to produce a warrant of fitness costs Colin James Peroberton 5s and costs. Mervyn Stanley Hun+ was fined 10s and costs for a similar offence, and 10s and costs for driving without a licence. ;
