RESIGNATION OF LEADERS

PARIS, August 25.
The police have confiscated the Communist newspaper "Cc Soir," on the ground, it is believed, that it has bee» lauding the Russo-German agreement.
Police also seized copies of "L'Humanite."
The French Communist Party is reported to be breaking up. Several of the leaders resigned after police occupation of the "Cc Soir" building.
The Communist headquarters wer« searched.
