BERLIN, June 21
The Government has notified Britain that Mr. D. St. C. Gainer, ConsulGeneral in Vienna, must leave for the Identical reasons for which Herr Reinhardt was recalled from Liverpool.
The recall of Herr Reinhardt was for alleged complicity in the theft of plans of an ordnance factory by the bricklayer Kelly.
