RUSSIA'S LATEST NOTE
GUARANTEES SOUGHT
THREE BALTIC STATES

MOSCOW, June 7.
The official organ "Pravda" confirms that Russia's latest Note asks Britain and France to guarantee the three Baltic States against violation of their neutrality by aggressors.
It is assumed lhat it refers to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
