A KORERO

The Charley's Aunt Club held another korero in the Brougham Street Assembly Hall on Tuesday. Bowls of flowers were attractively arranged around the hall. There was modern and old-time dancing and songs, dances and humorous items were given by pupils, of Mr. Assheton Harbord. A sit-down supper was served by the ladies of the committee. The master of ceremonies was Mr. A. B. Moores. The committee comprised Mesdames Ashenden, A. B. Moores, Thomas, Waters, A. Blackie; Misses O. Bennett, V. Macdonald, B. Blackie; and Messrs. A. B. Moores, D. Trotter, A. Beckford, E. Ombler, and A. Blackie.
