Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands arrived on a State visit and was greeted by King Leopold. In a speech at a banquet in honour of Queen Wilhelmina, King Leopold said that her recent appeal to her own people for moral and spiritual re-armament had found a response among the people of Belgium.
