ORDER BY SENATE
RESCUE OF BESIEGED 1 OFFICIALS
WARSAW, May 22
As a result of a strong protest by the Polish Commissioner in Danzig, M. Chodacki, the Senate ordered the poliqe to rescue the Polish officials besieged in the Customs House at Peickel. The Nazis then dispersed, shouting "We shall return." It is understood that M. Chodacki told the Senate that unjess the police guaranteed the safety of Polish officials Poland would take her own measures.
