Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Gibbons are visiting their daughter. Miss Elsie Gibbons in Dunedin. Mrs. Gibbons's sister, Miss Vera Craig, Wanganui, is staying at their home in Khandallah.
Lady Norwood, who has been the guest of her sister, Mrs. H. E. Pither, Masterton, has returned to Wellington.
Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Orr arrived from England by the Wanganella, and are staying with Mr. and Mrs. John Murray, Khandallah.
Miss Kathleen Tucker, Wellington, is visiting Mrs. J. G: Coates, North Auckland.
Miss Marion Reese, Christchurch, who has been staying with her sister, Mrs. Cornelius, Pahiatua, since her return from abroad some months ago, is now in Christchurch as the guest of Mrs. Robert Malcolm, Park Terrace.
Mrs. Allan Andrews, Lower Hutt, is spending several weeks' holiday with her mother, Mrs. Robert Thompson, Epsom, Auckland.
Mrs. C. Flemming, of Dunedin, arrived at Auckland by the Narbada on Wednesday on her return from a visit to the East.
The Dominion president of the New Zealand Registered Nurses' Association, Miss C. McKenny, who has been staying for a few days at the Nurses* Club, Auckland, has returned to Wellington.
Mrs. E. W. Giesen, who has been visiting Mrs. L. P. Leary, of Seaview Road, Remuera, left by motor-car this week for Lower Hutt, where she will in future reside. Before her recent marriage, Mrs. Giesen was Miss Jacqueline Ormond, of Wallingford, Waipukurau.
Mrs. T. N. Baxter, Calcutta, who arrived at Wellington by the Wanganella from Sydney, is now visiting her mother, Mrs. John Frater, Auckland.
Miss Joyca Thomas has returned from Dunedin accompanied by her sister, Mrs. T. K. S. Sidey, who will spend a holiday with their mother, Mrs. H. Ri Thomas, Kelburn.
Madame Winnie Fraser, Dunedin, arrived in Wellington yesterday by the Rotorua after an extensive tour abroad.
Mrs. Lionel Nelson and Miss Kathleen Nelson, Karori, have returned from Hawke's Bay where they attended the Chambers-Russell wedding.
Miss K. King," Wadestown, will leave Wellingtpn today for a ten days' holiday visit to Auckland.
Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Wilkie, Martinborough, and Mr. and Mrs. John Lyford, Greytown, are on a three weeks' tour of the North Island.
Miss Betty Andrews, Christchurch, is visiting Wellington, and is the guest of her cousin, Miss Peggy Hyams, Park Street.
Mr. and Mrs. W. Rodgers, Christchurch, are visitors to Wellington and are the guests of their daughter, Mrs. Euan Rippin, Kelburn.
Miss Diana Issacs, Remuera, will be the guest of Mrs. Paul Kummer, of Masterton.
Miss Nita Lawson has returned, to Christchurch after spending several months in Wellington and the Wairarapa.
Mrs. M. Machin, Wellington, has been visiting her mother, Mrs. A. J. McCredie, Fendalton, Christchurch.
Mrs. Frank Godfrey, Christchurch, left Wellington by the Wanganella for Sydney where she will connect with the Ormonde for England.
Mrs. C. R. Dodd, Auckland, with her two children, are staying with Mrs. J. A. Doherty, Kelburn, for about four weeks.
Mrs. F. S. Staples (Dunedin), Mrs. M. Briscoe, and Mrs. B. Morris (New York City) are among the guests at the Grand Hotel.
Mrs. D. A. Connell (Masterton), Mrs. T. G. Lawler (Taumarunui), Miss O. Allen, and Miss T. Schutz (Gisborne) are staying at the Empire Hotel.
Guests at the Midland Hotel include Mesdames Marty May (New York), G. B. Pease (Jamaica), J. Carroll (Melbourne), Blackford (Irak), Quirk (Te Aroha), Miss J. Blackford (Irak), and Miss E. Miller (Timaru).
