WARSAW, May 5,
Parliament voted, emergency powers to the Government until November 1, enabling it to deal with all economic, financial, and defence matters without the sanction of Parliament, and carried by acclamation a resolution approving Colonel Beck's speech, the Ukrainian deputies joining in.
Only a few hundred people gathered to hear the street broadcasts of the speech.
