HUTT ROAD SMASH
When two cars travelling in opposite directions came into collision on the Hutt Road, near Petone, at 7 p.m. on Saturday, three people were injured and taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.-
Mrs. M. Collins, 82 Rolleston Street, suffered a lacerated wound to her head, concussion, and shock, but was discharged yesterday. Mr. L. Cross, a tailor, 52 Rolleston Street, suffered head injuries and shock, and Mrs. H. Cross, also of 52 Rolleston Street, a punctured wound to her right leg and an injured right arm.
