CHRISTCHURCH, April 9

"The question has not been considered yet and will not be considered till we know how Mr. Justice O'Regan is," said tne Minister of Labour, the Hon. P. C. Webb, when asked tonight to comment on the possibility of the appointment of an interim Judge to the Court of Arbitration.

"'We all hope Mr. Justice O'Regan will have a speedy recovery," Mr. Webb added. He had suffered a severe attack of influenza and carried on with his work when he should have been resting. '
