RESENTMENT IN CORK
NO WELCOME FOR GERMAN NAVAL TRAINEES

LONDON, February 24,
The Lord Mayor of Cork', Mr. James Hickey, refused to welcome the members of the crew of the German naval training ship Schlesien. "because of the insult to the Catholic world by German Press references to the Pope as a political adventurer."
