CAR PARKING IN PROHIBITED

AREAS

(To the Editor.)

Sir, —I have noticed on many occasions cars parked between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on both sides of Willis Street

between Vivian Street and Dixon Street, in spite of the P.N.P. signs in that locality. Why is this permitted? The traffic inspectors cannot be everywhere at the same time, but I hope to see some improvement after this appears in print.—l am, etc.,
