As forty odd passengers who leave Auckland tomorrow in the Niagara board the ship, those with voting qualifications in New Zealand will be able to record their votes both in the Parliamentary election and licensing poll.' A fair proportion of officers and a number of the crew of the Niagara are also entitled to vote, and this will be their opportunity to do so. The polling place will be opened in the Niagara's saloon library. .'
