U.S. CARGOES TO GERMANY

NEW YORK, September 27.
The insurance underwriters have suspended war risk protection of cargoes to Germany, directly or indirectly. All war risk rates have again been, doubled. Some quotations are 200 times greater than before the Czech crisis.
