LONDON. September 27. It was announced by radio from Berlin that unless Czechoslovakia accepted the German memorandum by 2 p.m. on September 28 Germany will mobilise on Thursday. Reuters' Belgrade correspondent reports that Hungarian mobilisation has started. It war **if*ounc>>d after a meeting of Cabinet that the British Fleet was mobilising. The Admiralty announced that the mobilisation of the Fleet is a precautionary measure.
