B.M.A. AND HEALTH SCHEME

The attitude of the tnedical profession towards the Government's health scheme was again referred to by the Minister df Health (the Hon. P. Fraser) at his meeting at Roseneath last night. Mr. Fraser said that he had a very great respect for the medical profession and he hoped a satisfactory agreement would be reached on the running of the wonderfully beneficial scheme the Government proposed to put into operation. "I would very much regret if it could be urged against the profession "that they organised as a body to obstruct the scheme," he added. "I hope that will not be said and that we can get together on a satisfactory basis for operating * the scheme."
