GILT-EDGED QUOTED AT MINIMUM

. LONDON, September 27. The Stock Exchange was occupied today in merely discussing Herr Hitler's speech. Dealers were reluctant to quote and consequently no business was passing. Firms specialising in gilt-edged investments have decided to quote minimum prices for Government Stocks.
