•The correspondent of "The Times" at Tokio says that the Foreign Office spokesman for the first time has-offi-cially declared Japan's attitude towards the foreign concessions itt Shanghai, declaring that the sovereignty of the concessions belongs to China,' which is excluded by the Japanese occupation. . - . - -
