LATE MR. B. A. MOORE

HELD IN HIGH ESTEEM

The,high esteem in which the late Mr. B. A. Moore, manager of the Wellington branch of the Bank of New Zealand, was held in the community was shown by the large gathering at the funeral, which took place yesterday afternoon. The services at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul and that at the Karori Crematorium were conducted by' Canon D.

At a meeting of the directors of the Bank of New Zealand, on the motion of Mr. John Dowgray, a resolution was carried expressing appreciation of the seryices of the late Mr. Moore and condolence with the relatives in their bereavement. The late Mr. Moore joined the staff of the bank at Nelson in April, 1893, so that he had completed more than 45 years in its service at the time of his death*
