NEW TRADE TREATY TRANSIT QUESTIONS (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received May 10, 11.20 a.m.) BERLIN, May 9. A Czechoslovak delegation has opened negotiations with the Ministry, of Economics for a new trade,treaty necessitated by Germany's incorpora--tion of Austria. The question of transit to Trieste is an important item on the agenda. The German Press points out that Czechoslovakia is largely dependent on Germany economically, and that over 90 per cent, of the Czech export* pass over German railway lines.
