, The rates for forwarding New Zealand correspondence by air to American destinations from the Panama Canal zone have been substantially reduced. The change from the Canal Zone for Canada and the United States is now Is 3d a half-ounce instead of 2s 3d, and 2s instead of 3s 9d for the Argentine, with proportionate reductions to other points. The sending of correspondence to Panama by direct steamer and thence by air can save more than a fortnight in delivery,
