THE RIVAL TICKETS
Thte first week of campaigning for the municipal elections is completed and full "tickets" are busy, either in platform work or in indirect campaigning and canvassing. The Citizens' candidates are taking a spell over the weekend until Monday night, but the Labour candidates for the Mayoralty, City Council, and . Hospital, and Harbour Boards will hold open-air .meetings at several points. Housing is mentioned at all meetings and has become one of the main fighting points on both sides.
