TUG FROSTY MOLLER

MECHANICAL DEFECT

DUNEDIN, This Day.

The Frosty Moller, formerly the tug Southland, which sailed from Port Chalmers on Thursday for Melbourne and Sydney, whence she will tow to Shanghai vessels bought by the Moller Line, returned to port this morning to have adjusted a defect which developed in the oiling system when she struck heavy weather south of New Zealand. The motor engines ran well for 36 hours till bad weather was encountered.
