DUNEDIN, This Day.
After several delays through engina defect the former tug Southland, now known as ,the Frosty, Moller, sailed last evening for Melbourne. The tug's ultimate destination is Shanghai, where she will enter, the service of the Moller Line. On her voyage to her new headquarters she is to talae in tow two small vessels,/ one ofwhich ,
ife to be picked up? at Melbourne, and the other at Sydney.
