RACE TO HOBART

YACHTS NOT SIGHTED

Nothing had been seen up to a late hour last night by the lighthousekeepers at Cape Brett and Cape Maria van Diemen of the two yachts which set out from Auckland on Tuesday evening for Hobart in'the race for the Royal Akarana Yacht Club's; Trans■Tasrrian Cup (states the "New Zealand Herald" of today). Cape Brett is 195 miles from Auckland, while Cape Maria van Diemen is almost double that distance.
