HANDED OVER TO SCOUTS

Captain Scott's ship the Discovery has been handed over by the Colonial Secretary to the Duke of Kent, Commodore of the Sea Scouts, acting on behalf of the Boy Scouts' Association, to whom the Discovery was given as a headquarters and a training ship moored in the Thames for Sea Scouts.
