(By Telegraph—Press Association.) FEILDING, This Day. At a meeting of the committee of the Feilding Jockey Club last night Mr. W. P. Russell (Palmerston North) was appointed handicapper, in succession to Mr. J. E..Henrys, and Mr. D. J. Guiney (Wellington) was. appointed judge. '
