ARRESTED IN RUSSIA

John Kirk, an English amateur actor and playwright, was arrested and questioned for three hours for photographing a production of G. B. Shaw's "The Apple Cart," at a dramatic festival. He alleges that he was detained in an office under a barrage of questions from a score of policemen.
