NO PEACE WITH BRITAIN

DUBLIN, June 16.
There could be no peace with Britain except on the basis of right and just relations, which demanded that all Irish territory should be uuder the free and complete jurisdiction of the Irish* nation, declared the President of the Irish Free State, Mr. Eamon de Valera, opening the General Election campaign.
He added that in times of war or strained relations between Britain and other countries there could be no friendly, co-operation between Ireland and Britain until this basis of freedom and justice was established.
