CONDITIONS ON BOURSE
BAD DAY FOR BEARS
HAPPY AUGURY FOR M. BLUM
(Received June 18, 10.30 a.m.)
PARIS, June 17.

The conditions on the Bourse apparently are a happy augury for the Prime Minister, M. Blum.
