United Press Assoclatfon—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received June 18, 10.40 a.m.) CANBERRA, This Day. A scheme for national unemployment insurance in Australia is contained in a report by . Mr. "G. H. Ince, chief, insurance officer to the British Ministry of Labour, which was tabled in the House of Representatives. The report suggests that the scheme be financed by contributions from'employer, employee, and the Government on the following basis:— 9d a week for adult males. 8d a week for adult females and males of 18 to 21 years of age. 7d a week for females of 18 to 21. The total annual cost to the Government would be about £2,340,000. Benefits would be 15s a week for a single man. 27s for a married man, with 4s 6d for each child, and 13s Gd for an adult single woman.
