Delegates to the annual conference of the Nationai'Beekecpers' Association decided today to ask tlie Government for a rebate on -heavy traffic fees on trucks used by beekeepers for carrying apiavy products, In support of the remit, which was put forward by the South Canterbury branch, Jt was stated that beekeepers' trucks travelled only a few thousand miles a year, but ithe same fees had to be paid as for trucks that were on the road all year.
