One of the high lights of the Whangarei Winter Show week will be a cow-milking competition, in which the Mayor and other prominent members of local bodies will compete. Interest in the event has been increased now that the Hon. P. Fraser, who will open the exhibition, oa June 29, has consented after some persuasion to act as judge.
