A message from Gibraltar states tha\ the rebels' wireless station at Sal» manca announced the reply to an in* quiry! by the Basque Government as to terms of surrender at. BilbaoGeneral Franco demanded unconditional surrender. •
A Government announcement at, Valencia, states that rebel aircraft again bombed the Sahtander road i» prevent the evacuation of Bilbao.
