The battleship Deutschland, arrived at Wilhelmshaven carrying the bodies of 31 members of the crew who were killed in the bombing at Ibiza.

The bodies were borne to the cemetery, where they were buried beside officers and men who were killed at Jutland. The coffins were carried on lorries, and were escorted by ro&rines through tha streets. wher« pylons flamed at every cornrv.
