Cases in the Petone Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M.
George William Lintern was fined £1 for operating a motor-cycle which did not have the current year's number plates, and was convicted and discharged for not having a silencer on his motor-cycle.
Failing to give \yay to traffic approaching on his right cost Keith Percival Ratcliffe 30s and cost*.
