A HARDY PERENNIAL

Hunnemania is an eschscholtzia-like plant and is excellent for hot dry situations. It is a hardy perennial and

to a height of from 12 to 18 inches. The flowers are bright yellow with orange centres and last for a week or more when picked. Seedlings are almost impossible to transplant so seed should be sown where the plants are to grow, the seedlings being thinned out to one foot apart.
