VOGUES OF 1938.
Lillian Fischer, for several years' Paris editor of "Harper's BaEaar," and before that on the Paris editorial staff of "Vogue," has been signed as fashion adviser for "Walter Wanger's Vogues of 1938." Incidentally, Betty Wyman, the original "Lucky Strike Girl," hai been signed as the first of ,the model! to appear in the picture. .:
