PEGGY RYAN.
Little twelve-year-old Peggy Ryan, new dancing discovery, who makes her movie debut in "Top of the Town," is acclaimed by no less an authority than Eleanor Powell as a marvellous dancer of'top ranking, regardless of her extreme youth. Her rhythm, grace, and smooth performance are in evidence on the screen.
