PALMERSTON N., This Day.

There was a decided improvement in the weather for the third day of the National Dairy Show and the attendances have increased considerably this afternoon, when the ring events, including chariot races, formed the main attraction.

One first offender for drunkenness was fined 10s by Mr. W. F." Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today.
