JUDICIARY PLAN IN U.S.A

WASHINGTON, March 28.

The Governors of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and South Carolina broadcast a joint endorsement of President Roosevelt's Supreme Court proposal.

"It is constitutional, usual, simple, and the only practical and effective way for the people to obtain their wishes through a Government which they crested to promote their welfare," the Governors said.
