NEW YORK, March 10.
Max Schmeling has published an of* fer to the Deutschland Halle Athletic Club, one of the largest European sporting organisations, for a fight against Braddock in Berlin in June for 250,000 dollars net, Braddock to receive 50,000 dollars to compensate the Madison Square Garden syndicate and other groups for losses, and Schmeling to deposit 25,000 dollars as a guarantee that he will meet Louis in the United States in September if he beats Braddock.
