BIGGER BULLS STAKES
Stakes for the Rangitikei Racing Club's Autumn Meeting, which will be held at Bulls on Saturday, March 6, have been increased from £620 to £855 for the seven events. The Rangitikei Cup is worth £2OO and the open sprint £l5O, and no handicap race carries less than £IOO. This meeting falls between the Opunake and Te Aroha and the Wellington Meetings, and, with free stabling and reasonable accommodation on the course, many owners may be induced to break the journey at Bulls. Nominations for all events close with the secretary, Mr. E. V. Wilson, Bulls, at 9 o'clock on Monday evening next.
