MELBOURNE, February 9. On the Melbourne Stock Exchange today the market was fairly quiet, with industrials steady. There was good support for G. J. Coles. Rayon exporters of Japan decided, under the trade agreement with the Commonwealth, to ship 49,250,000 square yards of rayon to Australia in 1937, and 24,625,000 square yards in the first half of 1938.
