PALMERSTON N., February 1
The Wellington District Mortgage Commissioner will sit here on February 15 to deal with local home mortgages, but will have to defer action in other matters. During the last few days there has been a big accumulation of mortgage relief business, and there are now 900 applications, farm and home, for the Palmerston North area.
