LARGER SQUADRONS

THE BRITISH AIR FORCE LONDON, January 3. The aeronautical correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" reveals that an important feature of the British Air Force expansion is the increase in the size of squadrons, some of which have 50 per cent, more aeroplanes than previously. Reconnaissance squadrons are increased by 12 18 machines. Fighter squadrons all possess 14 aeroplanes. Army co-operation squadron;, will remain at 12, which is the most convenient size in view of the allotment of army divisions.
