JEWELLERY WORTH £2000 MONTE CARLO, January 4. Thieves stole £2000 worth of jewellery from the hotel bedroom o£ Miss Jean Hackett, the 27-year-old daughter of an Australian, the late Sir Winthrop Hackett. The bedroom door was forced during dinner and a leather suitcase containing the jewellery was ripped open.
